Boris Decides on Future of Congestion Charge
New Congestion Charge rules from Boris Johnson have recently been announced. He will be scrapping the proposed changes to the scheme which were due to take place on the 27th October 2008. This leaves the charge exactly how it has been with residents qualifying for a 90% discount and non residents paying £8 per day.
